Community Guidelines — Helu Live

Owned and operated by Jinvexo Limited

Last updated: [insert date before publishing]

Helu Live is built to be a safe, welcoming space for live streaming, creator communities, and real-time connection. These Community Guidelines explain what's allowed on Helu Live, what isn't, and how we enforce them — for every user, broadcaster, and room host on the platform.

This is a working draft. Have it reviewed by counsel and your trust & safety lead before publishing — particularly the Restricted Countries and enforcement sections, which need to reflect your actual sanctions-compliance and moderation capabilities.

AI-Assisted Content Moderation

Helu Live uses a combination of automated (AI-assisted) detection and human review to identify content that violates these Guidelines across live streams, audio rooms, chat, and profile content. Automated systems flag likely violations for review; confirmed violations result in enforcement action as described below. Users may appeal a decision they believe was made in error by contacting support@jinvexo.com.

What's Allowed

  • Respectful communication — conversation, debate, and community-building conducted with basic respect for others
  • Creative content — talent showcases, performance, gaming, music, and original creative work
  • Live streaming — broadcasting within the content standards below
  • Audio rooms — voice-based group conversation within the content standards below

Prohibited Content

Helu Live prohibits the following, across live streams, audio rooms, profile content, and messages:

Nudity & Sexual Content
  • Nudity or partial nudity, including content designed to imply nudity through camera angles or clothing
  • Sexually explicit content, sexual behavior, or sexual solicitation
  • Content sexualizing any individual without their consent
Sexual Exploitation & Child Safety
  • Any content involving minors that is sexualized, exploitative, or endangers their safety, in any form
  • Any user under Helu Live's minimum age attempting to broadcast or appear on camera
  • Grooming behavior, solicitation of minors, or content that facilitates exploitation of minors
  • Helu Live has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and reports confirmed instances to relevant authorities and organizations (e.g., NCMEC) as required by law
Graphic Violence & Self-Harm
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content depicting real-world serious harm
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide
  • Animal cruelty or abuse
Illegal Activities
  • Content promoting or facilitating illegal drug use or sales
  • Gambling promotion where not legally licensed and permitted
  • Sale or promotion of weapons, counterfeit goods, or other illegal products
  • Money laundering, or use of Helu Live's virtual gifting system to disguise illegal payments
Hate Speech & Discrimination
  • Content attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
  • Symbols, imagery, or content associated with hate groups or terrorist organizations
Harassment
  • Targeted harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any user
  • Doxxing (publishing another person's private information without consent)
  • Coordinated abuse campaigns against a user
Fraud & Platform Abuse
  • Impersonating Jinvexo Limited, Helu Live staff, or other users
  • Fraudulent claims, scams, or phishing attempts
  • Manipulating engagement (fake accounts, bot traffic, gift fraud)
  • Spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation
Copyright & Intellectual Property
  • Broadcasting copyrighted material you don't have rights to (e.g., extended clips of movies, sports broadcasts, or music) without authorization

Restricted Countries Policy

In accordance with applicable sanctions and export control laws, Helu Live's services (including virtual gifting and payment features) are not available to users located in, or accessing the Service from, countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions by the UK, EU, US, or UN, or to individuals/entities on relevant restricted-party lists.

[Insert your actual restricted country list here once confirmed with counsel — this typically mirrors OFAC/UK sanctions lists (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the sanctioned regions of Ukraine), and is a genuinely important section for payment processor due diligence — Stripe and Visa will check that this exists and is accurate, not just present.]

Enforcement Actions

Violations of these Guidelines may result in, depending on severity and history:

  1. Warning — a notice to the user explaining the violation, with no immediate account restriction
  2. Temporary Suspension — time-limited restriction on streaming, messaging, or account access
  3. Permanent Ban — permanent removal from the platform for severe or repeated violations, including all child safety violations, which result in immediate permanent action

Users may appeal enforcement decisions through support@jinvexo.com. Certain violations (confirmed CSAM, credible threats of violence, confirmed fraud) are not eligible for appeal and may be reported to law enforcement.
